At HDG Engineered Products, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality, American-made galvanized steel products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must:
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
HDG Engineered Products will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. We will cover return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect products.
Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect:
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days for unused products, subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
